We loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location right in front of the beach was perfect, just a few steps away from the popular Ponta Negra beach. The staff were welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with amenities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with an outdoor swimming pool, a sun terrace, and a spa lounge. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and taking in the beautiful views. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. our experience here was fantastic.

Free drinks and chocolates were offered upon arrival which was a nice surprise. the hotel was in a great location, just steps away from the beach and a short walk to shops and restaurants. the room had a large balcony with a stunning view of the ocean that made waking up in the morning a delight.
Our Christmas stay was filled with problems. the air conditioning kept shutting off every time we opened the door, which was a hassle.

The hotel has an excellent location, just a few steps away from the beautiful Ponta Negra beach. Additionally, the hotel facilities are top-notch, with a fantastic rooftop terrace that has a small pool and bar. The staff was attentive, and they served a delicious breakfast with a great sea view.

The hotel had a great location right on the beach beside a famous landmark. the breakfast was enjoyable and the rooms were mostly clean and well equipped, with good air conditioning. the pool area was spacious and never too busy.
Some of the staff seemed to lack training and struggled to communicate with guests who were not native speakers.

The breakfast had a good variety of options and the service was friendly. The location was convenient and close to the beach, which was perfect for a quick swim before returning to the room. The room itself was spacious and had a comfortable bed.
The air conditioning was not very effective, and the temperature in the room was too warm. , the noise from neighboring rooms was very audible, which made it difficult to sleep at night.
